Today I was working on these three studies on vellum paper. It is so unusual technique and material for me. The vellum is pretty cool stuff to work on. I used oil paints, oil and soft pastels, charcoal, and graphite. It was very fun being able to make washes in oil on this vellum surface, it is so smooth. I used q-tips, tissues and various brushes for tools.
